This following link was e-mailed to me by my father. After watching it, I'm not sure if it was really funny or really disturbing. Watch it and you'll see what I mean.

I think my father sums up the situation pretty well:
"Once you get over the humorous aspect - I think it is very disturbing.
Looks like something that young people could start doing for attention.
Who knows? Baptism is certainly a serious outward demonstration of a new
Christian's obedience to Christ. Wonder how Jesus interprets that
behavior. This is another example of a lot of things that people (us
included) laugh at and regard as not meaningful. I hope that young man
and his parents understand what a new Christian should be doing and how
his life should reflect the sacrifice, love, and forgiveness Jesus
offers - it's not a joke,"

Wow. I cracked up, but you're exactly right. It looked to me like the pastor was doing a great job of keeping himself from being upset.
